My Mother and me Senior Citizen time maintain lot more things to share with other person. Everywhere people use to share and care himself or herself usually go to doctor attend some health tips. During March to September very hot in Bangladesh. Heat storke is the common phenomena in Bangladesh. Because on an average 65% peopel lived Bangladesh rural area where electricity not available. But natural plantation and wide land area not enough dense population like Dhaka. My colleauges My staffs At my Home 1.Senior Citizen always water defeciency happen 2.Sunny weather if you go out side take must umbrella 3.Always take some small bottle carry when you go out. 4. from 10am to 4pm Sun top maximum heat feel that time not go outside 5. if you go out side must carry sunglass, hat and umbrella 6.
